Hi, I’m Jackie

I’m an Art Director and Senior Designer living and working in Samford Valley, Brisbane. I’ve spent more than a decade in the creative industry, working in various advertising agencies and design studios. I graduated from the Queensland College of Art in 2011 with a Bachelor of Visual Communication and was Top Student in Award School 2017. Most recently, I’ve had some very fun years working as a creative at the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art.

Throughout my career I’ve collaborated with some of Australia’s most well known brands; from dreaming up large-scale ad campaigns, to designing the look and feel for blockbuster exhibitions and festivals. I’ve met a lot of delightful people and won a few awards along the way. I also love to work with boutique businesses and independent start ups, designing thoughtful brand identities that tell a story. Big or small, I bring a unique perspective to every brief.

I’ve been doing creative things for as long as I can remember. Growing up in regional Western Queensland on my family’s sheep & cattle station, I was always using my imagination to keep myself entertained. It was then that I first started to understand and appreciate the power of creativity.

I love crafting my projects in playful and experimental ways, resulting in strategic work that both surprises and excites... so brands get noticed, understood and remembered.
